About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Can i use the free shuttle to a hotel in Causeway bay, hk though my hotel is not listed there?

Well, yes. As long as you take the Express Train, you can take the free shuttle bus with the train ticket. Get off at a hotel that is near yours and walk there.
