I live in Liaohe community, I need a taxi to catch a flight at 7.30 am from Harbin airport. How much I will have to pay the taxi if I get into it at 5 am?

and are there any taxi companies I can call? do the have taxi services to shuttle Airport?

The taxi fare should be around CNY120. You can call 0451-55531555 to reserve a taxi. But I am sure whether they speak English. Anyway, if possible, turn to a person around.
