guide for MTR/bus/taxi/ferry in hong kong

we are staying at Ascite Knutsford Hotel, how do we get to the following:
1. Macau ferry
2. disney land
3. avenue of the stars

For macau ferry, do you refer to the HK- Macau Ferry Terminal?
If so, from your hotel, you can easily walk to reach Jordan or Tsim Sha Tsui Station of Tsuen Wan Line where you can take this line to reach Central Station where you can change to Island Line to reach Sheung Wan. Getting out of the station from Exit D, you can walk to reach the terminal.
For the Disneyland, you can take the Tsuen Wan Line to reach Central where you can change to Tung Chung Line to reach Sunny Bay. At Sunny Bay, you can take the Disneyland Resort Line to reach Disneyland.
To the Star of Avenue, it is suggested take a taxi to reach there directly.
