visiting Beijing 1-3rd june and shanghai 3-6th june pl.suggest cheapest sim to call local and India

I want to purchase a cheap local China Sim with little talk time to call to India and locally at Beijing and Shanghai for just 3 days at each place,while touring from India in 30th may to 6th june 13.Please suggest.
