About:Luoyang Travel

LongMen grottoes, ShaoLin temple in one day

Please advice:-
Is it possible! One day from XI'an to Longmen Grottoes and Shaolin Temple by speed trains and return back to Xi'an.
How do to this journey planner?
How much is the one day tour from the tour agent (please give the contact?)

It is possible, but you will in a rush if you travel using the local public transportation.
You can reach Luoyang Longmen Railway Station where you can take a taxi to reach the grottoes directly. Then you can take a taxi to reach LY Bus Station where you can find the buses to reach Shaolin Temple. After that you can go back to Luoyang or you can go to Zhengzhou to take bullet trains back to Xian.
For the tour agency, I think TravelChinaGuide is good and they have similar the travel route as your plans. This is their link: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/xian-luoyang-tour.htm. The prices can be found on that webpage. I heard that train ticket is included in their price.
