Hi, you need to get your marriage certificate notarized by Chinese embassy in Cambodian (both English and Chinese translation). Then, your husband can change her marital status at his local Police Station.

Dear Jesse, Thanks so much for your response it really useful for me. Apology I intend to put thump up for your response but accidentally the figure clicked on thump down.

By the way how long doesn't it take to make the Chinese Translation? Do I just bring my marriage certification to China embassy in Cambodia then they will do the translation both English & Chinese for me?

Thanks again for your response.

It is easy and quick to make a Chinese translation of your marriage certificate. I am not sure if the embassy provides this service, so please contact them directly. As I know, using an translation agent is ok if not. Make sure check the embassy's website for details about the notarization.
