Walk from your hotel to Ching Tao House Cheung Ching Estate, Tsing Yi Road to take bus no. 948 and get off at Lippo Centre, Cotton Tree Drive. Then walk to Admiralty MTR Station, near which you can easily find bus no. 629. It can take you to the Ocean Park directly.
