Can I get one on the spot on arrival? I have 3 or 4 previous Chinese ones on my passport can i apply in Hong Kong ? I can pay express to get it within 1 or 2 days thanks a lot please get back to me quickly

You need to apply one in advance if you go to Guangzhou. Yes, you can apply for it in HK.
