About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

How do I get from Cityview Hotel to AE Kowloon Station? Free shuttle?

If I can only collect my single trip AE ticket from Kowloon Station, can I still take the free shuttle service to Kowloon station? I will still have my confirmation email from Airport Express but collection only made at the station.

Yes, you can take the free shuttle bus to reach Kowloon Station.
You can print the confirmation letter and show to the driver of the shuttle bus.
