About:Chinese Embassy in Australia
full fee if apply by Post
price for single entry, australian citizen. please confirm. $60 +$55 + $10

You need to apply from the CVASC. The cost includes visa fee and service fee. Thus, you need to pay $60 + $38.5 (regular service).
