hi Alice,

my order RB178575610CN is in Zurich from monday 6 May.....
The shipping adress is Portugal, not Zurich. It it a bad thing? Why is it in Zurich?

It is not a bad thing and it may be during a transfer in Zurich and I suggested to wait for some time patiently.
