Where is my Item No.RB197039557CN

The tracking summary for my item shows that on 24/4/13 its status was "NULL" and its location is "FOC".
What does that mean? Can you help me please?

Hi, FOC refers to fuzhou. And I just found that on Apr. 24, it was in Fuzhou, China.

Thank you Juma for clarifying what FOC means.
I was utterly confused by this reference when one tracking site indicated on a map that the item was in FOCA .... TURKEY.
More recent tracking indicates that the item has arrived in Australia ... at last.
Thank you again for taking the time to answer my question.
Kind regards, Colin T.
