About:China Postal Service

i have been waiting for a parcel but when i check the status it says null #RB298014727CN

when i do a search it says this, first its "opened" then after that every update says "null" is there a problem with the customs,will i even get my parcel? please someone give me an answer

It has arrived at vancouver on May 6, when it has been checked by the customs.

why would it go to Vancouver first? anyway i checked after i wrote thispost and it was opend i guess it was checke then it was put on the plane and sent to mississauga and after 3 days i finnaly got it thaksn for the reply
