Can you buy the tickets in Suzhou for trains that leave from Hangzhou and go to Yingtan?

I plan on getting a ticket from Suzhou (where I currently live) to Hangzhou. From Hangzhou I would like to get D-type to Yingtan, and back to Hangzhou. Can I purchase the tickets in Suzhou, or do I have to purchase the Hangzhou to Yingtan ticket, at Hangzhou railway station?
