I have a business and I have 2 partners. I'd like to ask if we're compatible business partners

My birthday is april9,1981
Partner 1-October 20,1984
Partner 2- July 30,1979
I'd like to know if our business will prosper

Sorry for my carelessness. I searched and got to know that both the business partners are 60% compatioble to cooperate with you. The only difference lies that it it may be hard to get along well with Partner 1 or have cooperation either; with partner 2, you may have different stands or views, but you are willing to communicate and finally probably get an agreement.
