About:China Postal Service

I bougth an item form ebay and i´ve been trying to track it but all it shows its null PVG. The tracking number is RA443767135CN

PGV is the simbol for the chinese airport. does it mean that the item is about to leave the country?

I also bougth some items from mini in the box. It also didnt arrive the track number is RB465272732CN.

Can somebody help me???
