14 days visa

hi, I've been travelling to China a lot, my previous travel was just last April. I applied for again due to travel plan with my step kids coming from the states. They will spend summer for 2 months. however, I am a filipino passport holder and this time I only got a 14 days one which causing me a problem. my question is, if I can make an extension having that short time issued?
