how to get to the disneyalnd from nathan road?

Generally speaking, the Tsuen Wan Line is along Nathan Road, so you can take that line from Tsim Sha Tsui Station, Mong Kok Station or You Ma Tei to reach Lai King Station where you can change to Tung Chung Line to reach Sunny Bay Station. At this station, you can find the Disneyland Resort Line to reach Disneyland directly.
