getting from xianyang airport to mt. huashan

Hi there,I am currently planning a trip to Xi'an and Mt. Hushan. I will arrive at Xianyang Airport on a Friday evening at about 10pm. I would like to get to the foot of the mountain on the same day and stay there at a hotel so I can directly start going up the mountain in the early morning on Saturday.So my question is, how do I get to the mountain on Friday evening from the airport. At that time there will probably be no public transportation anymore. Can I go by taxi? Will taxi drivers be willing to drive this long distance and how much would it cost me?Thanks for your help,Sebastian

I do not think the taxi driver will take you to reach the mountain from the airport. It is so far between the two places.If you really want to do that, you may try to book a pick-up service. It is suggested to take the airport shuttle bus to reach the city downtown area and stay a night. Then catch the earliest bus to reach the moutain from local railway station.
