what type should i apply for?

I am attending a 10-day yoga teacher training in HK (but arriving 2days ahead) + 4days Asia Yoga Conference + 4 days leisurely trip with my husband (who will follow after the Asia Yoga Conference) for a total of 19 days (May26-June 13) Should I still apply for a tourist visa since this is still a privately/personally funded trip or student staying less than 6 months?
