Citizenship/PR in China

I'm a Singaporean Chinese and intend to renounce my SG citizenship and migrate to China for good. I would like to know the avenues available for me to be able to get ciitizenship and/or PR status at the shortest time period.
What is the possibility of securing employment in China(Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Fuzhou, Xiamen etc) for a Finance professional with >20 years of work experiences gained mainly from Swiss & US MNCs?
