Does my Indonesia maid need a visa for her travel with my family to Nanjing ?

I am a Singaporean and I am planning a trip to Nanjing and will be bringing my Indonesian maid along. I am planning to be in Nanjing (will be travelling to the other nearby cities) for about 7 days.
