Where is the Old French Concession in Shanghai? How do I get there?

The Old French Concession refers to some parts in Xuhui and Luwan Districts and it covers a large area now.
The Huaihai Road is one part of the concession and the local subway line 1 can take you to reach South Huangpo Road Station which is located on Huaihai Middle Road.
