Chinese consular office in xiaoshan??

Where is the chinese consular adress in xiaoshan hangzhou???

Do you refer to the Consulate General of the Mexico?
If so, I am afriad that there is on in Xiaoshan. You may need go to Shanghai. On 10F, Block A, Dawning Center, 500 Hongbaoshi Rd., you can find the Consulate General of the United Mexican States in Shanghai.
