About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Getting a work permit..

After traveling to China for work the last 9 months my boss now wants me to get a Z so i can come and go as i please rather than my 30 day F. i have applied for a work permit which i need to get my Z but have been refused due to not having a degree. i cant see anywhere on the chinese embassy website that it is the law to have a degree for the work permit, i dont know what to try next?? comments please..

Yes, that is true. Bachelor's degree or higher diploma certificate is required for work permit/Alien Employment License application. Otherwise, you have to apply again for business F instead.
