About:China Postal Service

Hi! my tracking nr. is RA529670155CN. its status is NULL and location is MOC

Can anybody tell me where that MOC is? I also found out that my item was in France but as i live in Estonia then what was it doing there? I have been waiting for this item for a month now and would like to receive it soon.
