Can a malaysian apply China visa in Singapore-How much does it cost

I am a sabahan with a malaysian passport
Can i apply in singapore? How much does it cost for a mutiple entry?

As the requirements listed above, you shall provide documents that entitle you to reside for an extended period of time in the SPR, WP, EP, STP, DP if you want to apply there. Otherwise, you have to apply in your home country. Fee is SGD 140 for a half year with Multiple entry under regular processing.
