About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

I will be travelling with a transport chair. Is there a charge for this?

Do you mean a wheel chair?
If so, it is not charge generally speaking, but it is still suggested to ask the airline company to confirm it. Sometimes, different airline companies have different rules.
