About:Visa Policy of China

do i need a single entry visa to travel to all of these places?

I have a 3 months single entry one for China and i am planning to visit Macau, Guangzhou, Shengzhen, Beijing as well

It's ok. Visa isn't required in Macau if you hould valid South African passport. A single entry is ok for Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Beijing visit.
