6 days are so long for traveling HK. It is suggested spend two days in Macau.
The first three days and the last day can be spent in HK.
One day can be spent in Ocean Park. One day is used to travel to the Ngong Ping 360, Tung Chung Town, the Big Buddha and the Disneyland.
One day is spent at the Stanley Market and the Causeway Bay.
Then you can go to Macau. The Macau Tower, Ruins of St Paul, Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, the Macau Museum, the A-ma Temple and the Fisherman Wharf are worth seeing. Besides, the Grand Lisboa and City of Dream are also nice to go.
The last day, you can go back to HK for shopping at Central and Tsim Sha Tsui areas.
The weather is fine there and it is suggested to take your summer clothes.
