which railway station from guangzhou to go shenzhen?

Question

If i live at ChangShouLu at GZ,i wanna go to SZ North Railway Station which is nearer to LaoJie at SZ. I need to use GZ Railway station (From mtr map interchange with Red n Blue line) or Guangzhou East Railway Station to go Shenzhen ? As i know there are Guangzhou North, East and South Railway station which has made me confused. GZ Railway station (From mtr map interchange with Red n Blue line), so there has both Mtr and High speed train is it?

As far as I know, the train from GZ East Railway Station stop at Shenzhen Railway Station, which is close to Laojie. So you can go to the East Railway Station take take D-trains to reach Shenzhen.
