Hi, we are planning to go Taiwan, Taipei on 15 sep to 21 sep.

I would like to know the weather over there. Will it be typhoon season?

Hi, it will be a little hot, with the average temp of 26C or a a little higher, and wet. It would be during the typhoon season indeed, so it is suggested to pay attention to the weather report in adance. Rincoat shall be most necessary for your travel then.
