About:Taiwan Weather

weather in taipei and hualien from 29th April to 3May

Please advise the weather in these two places and clothes to pack. Thank you

It will be warm enough and wet then. The temp range shall be 21C to 29C. And it wil always rain in those days, moderately or heavily. Therefore, I suggest you take along a light jacket or long-sleeved short and jeans there as well as raincoat.
