Take shuttle bus line 1 to the local Railway Station. Then you can take a taxi to Zhongyangmen Bus Station, where there are direct buses to Xuyi. Upon your arrival at Xuyi, at the same station take an exclusive tourism bus to Iron Mountai Temple (Tieshansi) Forest park. And you can find the Observatory Station at the park.1
