About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Need a cover page for China visa application?

Do we need to submit some type of cover page with my daughter's application? If so, do we (the "customer") provide it, or would our service agent (the ones we will pay to submit it in San Francisco since we don't live there) provide it?

Hi, cover page is not necessary, it is ok if you provide all documents as required for application.
