We will be taking the high speed train from Beijing to Guangzhou then I understand we will have to change to another train to get to Hong Kong....my question is how difficult will it be for some Canadians to find their way from Guangzhou South Station to Guangzhou East to catch the next train to Hong Kong? Unfortunately we only speak English...

Just continue from Guangzhou south station to Shenzhen. No need to transfer to Guangzhou East. I have done the thru trip to Shenzhen. EZ
