Please, tell me what is the best way to go from HKIA to Victoria Peak Tram

how much would that cost?

From the airport, you can take the airport express to reach HK Station and then you can ask the local people to walk to reach Garden Road near Central. On Garden Road, you can easily find the Peak Tram Station.
The airport express will take you about 100HK$.
Or you can take airport shuttle bus S1 to reach Tung Chung Station where you can find Tung Chung Line to take you to reach HK Station. This method costs you around 24HK$.
