Weather in Taipei during 6th to 13th Dec 2013

I read the weather records of the past years, it shows that it can be warm, sometimes a little cool, during that time, with the temp ranging from around 14C to 22C. It is suggested to take along your jacket and thick jeans.

As for Jiufen, you are right that it can be foggy and the attractions may be covered with mist. Before your travekling, you'd better pay a close attention to the weather report.
