Shopping branded handbags in Shanghai

Can you suggest where to shop cheap branded handbags. It doesn't matter whether it was made in China, as long as it is very good quality.

I heard there is a handbag wholesale market at the underground shopping mall of the local Science and Technology Museum. You can find many handbags there. Besides, there is a Taobao City at West Nanjing Road, where you may also find what you want.
