The cheapest way is to take bus S1 to reach Tung Chung Station and then change to Tung Chung Line to reach Sunny Bay Station. Then you can find the Disneyland Resort Line to reach Disneyland and then walk to reach your hotel.
The fast and the convenient way is to take taxi to reach your hotel directly and the taxi fare is around 120HK$.
