laos applying for holiday/tourist visa

Question

Hi I am trying to find out information on how to obtain it for a Laos passport holder. My friend is a student and would to know how to get one. Is it possible to obtain it at the hong kong airport? Any information provided would be appreciated. Thanks

I think you need to apply for it before your departure. You can apply from the HK Immigration Department by post directly or from the Chinese embassy or consulate in your country.
