About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Hi, could you please help me how I can get "free in town check-in service" when I arrive HKIA by Vietnam airline?

I will collect my boarding pass and directly go to airport express station to show their staffs to get free ticket or I must do some thing else?

Hi, but you may understand the service wrongly. It means that yoou can free check in at HK or Kowloon Airport Express Train Stations. So as long as you get a Express Train ticket, go there and have the free check-in service. For more details, you can go to the Express Train Stations to get.
