starting a business in china ?

Question

I have a US business and was interested in relocating it to China.  If this is not possible I would like to start a new business there.  How do I open a business there and obtain a Visa that allows me to do this.  I currently only have a US passport.

Hi, do you have any business partner there? if yes, you can apply for a business F visa with invitation letter. To open business/company is a complicated process, but you need to enter first to handle all license application.
