About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

enter with an L and then get a Z for work

Hi,
I am interested in teaching English in China, my partner is being transferred through work so he has a visa organised. I am wondering would I apply for 3 month tourist L and then apply for work Z there?

You can apply for an L as tourist and then find work there. To change L to Z is possible within mainland, or at least you can get a Z in HK.
