Where´s my package? NULL since last day 14. RB377650632CN

Can anyone help me to find my package ? In the intramail link it´s indicated that my package had arrived to Lisbon in 9 of April, but since day 14 that is with status NULL.

What should i do? wait that the mail man bring to me the package or it´s better and faster to go to the custom service? Hope anyone can help me. Best Regards
