About:China Visa Exemption

Do I need a visa to go to BIR conference in Shanghai for 3 days, I am Dutch... thanks

Visa is required for conference. But I am not sure if you know the new policy about 72 hour free transit. That is to say, if you make your Shanghai visit a transit to the third country or region, you can stay in Shanghai for 72 hours without visa.
