About:Jiuzhaigou National Park

Climate in Jiuzhaigou

Hi..we plan to go JZG in Sep, not sure the climate during that period. Is it safe for a person who is having cough to travel up JZG. Any oxygen mask required? What preparations should be done? Thanks

Actually, its altitude is not that high, so I don't think it is necessary to take along oxygen there, unless you would visit Huanglong Scenic Area as well. As you have cough, just take your regular medicines. It can be fine. Don't worry!

I have to remind you that there is big temperature differences between day and night, so you'd better take along a jacket to keep warm at cool nights. Besides, it can be necessary to prepare sunblocking cream.
