About:China Business Visa

I would like to know about invitation letter ?

do you require original invitation letter or email copy is fine while i am applying for business visa

Hi, if you apply in Zambia, the original letter of invitation is required for your application. In addition, the stamp of the company on the letter of invitation is also required together with the copy of the certificate of registration of the company in China.

1. Valid passport with minimum 6-month validity and two full blank visa pages.

2. Photocopy of NRC or work permit (foreigner applicable).

3. From V.2011A with one recent photograph, and Form V.2011B.

4. Proof of the proposed business visit, like letter issued by your employing company.

5. Financial standing, e.g. copy of detailed bank statement in the last 3 months, saving account passbook, etc.

6. Proof of your present occupation, e.g. employment letter, business registration certificate, salary slips, etc.

7. Return ticket and hotel bookings.
