Yes, visa is required if you visit for golf game. The correct type should be F with invitation letter from organizer.0

Unfortunately, the requirements have suddenly got stricter. You will need to find someone to 'invite' you unless you're booking through a tour company. You can come in on a tourist L no problem which may be easier than an 'F'.0
