Busses leaving from Sanxiang, Zhongshan bus station to GZ railway station. When are the leaving and HOW LONG IS THE TRANSPORTATION TIME?

As I know, the buses departing from Sanxiang Bus Station will not take you to the local Train Station directly. They will arrive at Huadu Bus Station, Tianhe Bus Station and East Bus Station. Therefore, you can take the bus to the local East Bus Station, which is near East Train Station. Take subway line 1 there to Yangji Station and then transfer to line 5 to your destination. The buses are scheduled at 7:50, 9:05, 10:10, 11:20, 12:20, 13:40, 16:00 and 17:00 to East Bus Station. The travel duration shall be around an hour.
